IMPORTANT NOTE: In Turkey, all deals and transactions with citizens of other countries (who don't speak Turkish) are made ONLY in the presence of a sworn translator.

 

If contrary to the law, the transaction is carried out without the participation of an interpreter, then it can be canceled.
