We will provide you with a translator. The official interpreter required for the issuing a power of attorney for the lawyer so that the lawyer can represent the buyer's interests in court for the registration of the sales contract.


The payment for the translator's work in the notary office is included in the total cost of registering the contract in court.


What do I pay at the end of the day?

  1. Deposit (included in the total cost) - usually $1,000. The deposit is typically non-refundable if the buyer backs out of the deal.

  2. Purchase price of the apartment

  3. Registration of the sales contract in court - $350 with our lawyer

  4. Property tax is paid annually. It must be paid in the first 2-3 months of the year. Currently, fines of 18% are being imposed on tax arrears.

  5. Maintenance fees There are few options:

  • One-time payment - if it is a new apartment from the developer. Almost all new residential complexes operate on this system.

  • Annual maintenance - this system is found in complexes and houses built 3-4 years ago.

  • Monthly payment - this payment system is common in regular residential buildings where only a security guard is present. Typically, around 200 pounds are paid per month.
